    Welcome Ave_armanu77,

The weight of the resonator is about 321 g (dependent on frequency) and there are neither brass nor bronze parts in the assembly. Which part are you referring to?

    Cheers,
    Tom

I want to replace my condenser.
    I find these 3 polypropylene condensers 0,33uF 630v

But I don’t know, about this place size.

    Hi there!
Today I found a new kind of capacitor. It seems to me that it is as close as possible in size to the original. What do you think?

It is Nichicon PHC1603330KG, Film Capacitors Cylindrical. axial 0,33uF 600v

    Hi Ave_armanu77 --

A surviving / still working original capacitor measures today about 133 - 258 nF (12V).

In a new Bosch AH0 replica, the capacitor measures about 147 nF.

The dimensions of an original capacitor is d=10 x 25 mm; in the replica the new capacitor has an oval cross section and the same length as the original, see below.

    Godspeed!

    Cheers,
    Tom

    Hello, dear friends.
    Only 12/3 & 12/4 have the same sound, as 12/9 & 12/10.
I listened 12/6 12/7. They are very different, because they have chrome grill.
But when we change it to metall black 12/9 and 12/10 grill - they became to good sound as 12/10 12/9.

But chat Gpt say, that (12/9) 12 -it is volt, 9- it is Coil resistance in ohms. I dont know. Isnt it???
    Is anybody measure it?

Hi there! I said about this 100mm disc.
What material is it? How much it weights?
Do you have a drawing to create this part?

    thanks dear friend!

    Hi Ave_armanu77 --

Attached are tables to decode part numbers and frequencies.

Membrane and weight of the resonator are the main variables for frequency; the cover alone has a negligible effect.

About the "Schwingteller", keeping the weight, tolerances and the batch of the aluminum are key. Best if you send an e-mail to tom@ramoser.net, I still have a few machined ones.

    Cheers & good luck,
    Tom

    Thank you, dear friend!

As far as I understand from these drawings, it's not aluminum.

But I have another question related to the lower part.
What's its thickness? Could you please measure it with a tool? 0.65mm is very stiff, and I don't think the system will work with that thickness. One craftsman from Armenia makes this part from 0.25-0.30mm spring steel and says it works well. But I want the exact thickness of the original Bosch parts.

    Hi Ave_armanu77 ---

Not sure what You refer to: the original Schwingteller is chemically and physically clearly Aluminium but of an unknown alloy. We used Aluminum 7025 for our reconstruction. As said before, it works but it's tricky.

The thickness of the leaf spring is .65 mm in a later FSA-Version with two bolts. The earlier versions had only one bolt and looked like in the attachment.

I heard only good things about the Armenian source and would trust their advise.

    Cheers,
    Tom

    Good afternoon, Thomas!

I just wanted to know the exact thickness of the metal, as I found spring steel in sizes 0.4 & 0.5 & 0.6 mm
